ConciergeFi is a non-custodial service. We never access, store, or control your private keys, seed phrases, or crypto assets.
1. What We Collect
When you interact with our Telegram bot, we collect your Telegram user ID and display name to identify your account within our system. If you use the wallet monitoring feature, we store the public wallet addresses you voluntarily provide — these are publicly visible on-chain and do not constitute private information.
When you visit conciergeFi.com, we may collect anonymous usage analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics. This includes page views, referrers, and country-level location. No cookies are used, no personal identifiers are tracked.
2. What We Never Collect
We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or any credentials that could provide access to your funds. We do not collect email addresses unless you contact us directly at [email protected]. We do not track your on-site behavior with cookies or third-party trackers.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your Telegram ID is used to deliver personalized alerts, manage your subscription, and provide curator support. Public wallet addresses are used solely for on-chain monitoring — yield tracking, balance alerts, and risk notifications — as part of the service you subscribed to.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Account and wallet data is stored in encrypted databases with access restricted to essential service operations. We apply industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest, access logging, and principle of least privilege.
However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute data security and are not liable for breaches resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Third-Party Services
ConciergeFi integrates with Telegram for bot delivery and Cloudflare for website hosting and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing Telegram's Privacy Policy and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.
For on-chain data, we query public blockchain APIs. This data is inherently public and not subject to privacy protections.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation, in case you choose to reactivate. After this period, your data is permanently deleted.
You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent for data processing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through our Telegram channel. Continued use of ConciergeFi after changes constitutes acceptance.
