ConciergeFi provides non-custodial DeFi monitoring, alerting, and guidance services delivered primarily through Telegram. By using our website, bot, or any related services, you agree to these terms.
ConciergeFi is an informational service. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your funds or private keys at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency and DeFi services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of ConciergeFi complies with local laws and regulations.
3. Account and Access
Access to ConciergeFi is provided through our Telegram bot (@ConciergeFi_bot). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and any wallet addresses you share with the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
ConciergeFi offers paid subscription tiers. Pricing, features, and payment terms are displayed within the bot and on our website. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in promotional offers (such as money-back guarantee periods).
We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their current rate until renewal.
5. Service Limitations
Our monitoring, alerts, and guidance are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, real-time delivery of all alerts, or detection of every on-chain risk. ConciergeFi is not responsible for losses resulting from delayed notifications, service outages, or third-party protocol failures.

6. Not Financial Advice
Nothing provided by ConciergeFi — including bot responses, curator consultations, alerts, reports, or website content — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All decisions regarding your DeFi positions are made solely by you.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on conciergeFi.com and within our services — including text, design, code, and the Runa Fjall brand identity — is owned by ConciergeFi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConciergeFi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from DeFi activities, missed alerts, or reliance on information provided.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our Telegram channel or bot. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
